Instructor Paul Mealus

Paul Mealus is a purple belt going into his 7th year of Jiu Jitsu. He enjoys competing several times a year. Paul is focused on becoming a well rounded grappler with efficient technique. At this point in his journey he is interested in the coaching and strategy side of submission grappling.
