Rudy Rexx, 3rd degree BJJ Black belt. Owner/head instructor of Violet Crown. Started Brazilian jiu jitsu in 2005 with Sean Cooper. Awarded his black belt after 9 years of training from Cleber Luciano and Sean Cooper, October 2014.

 Coach Rudy has always felt his place to shine was teaching and coaching. Running Violet Crown for 5 years, and teaching locally for well over a decade, he’s had great success seeing his students achieve championships at local/national IBJJF tournaments, MMA, and local pro BJJ superfights.

Rudy has 18 years of experience, teaching BJJ & has also taught the benefits of developing agility, strength, and athleticism for success. A world renowned Bboy that competed with Havikoro for over 25 years internationally, Rudy uses some of those same training methods for balance and agility in jiu jitsu. Rudy has also competed at every belt level with success, but the focus has always been about the students. 

Rudy is a 3rd degree BJJ black belt and has been training for 21 years straight.
